Faith's turn...Fever :(

Oh NOOOoooo...it's Faith's turn to have fever *_* haizzzz....it's a vicious cycle, when will it break??? She started running a temperature late morning & it's abit high thru afternoon @ 38.8 degC & 39.0 degC...urgghh!!! Please watches over her Lord... 

LeLe is Cleared of fever...hoooray

LeLe has cleared of fever for the 3rd day now & sore throat is slightly better as well. No coughs or cold...Thank God!!! Please keep him that way...
i can have a good rest tonight...nite nite zzzzzz

LeLe is getting better ^_^

Lele is getting better but he's complaining about "mouth pain"...& sore throat but when i checked in his mouth, i couldn't see anything (ie; ulcer, swelling etc). Hmmm...strange. Will observe him for another day or 2...he's got no fever for the day, hopefully the fever has subsided for good.
will update again...going to catch some sleep before his next temperature taking.

just before LeLe went to bed just now, i realized that he's running a temperature. OMG!!! not again...what happened to the kiddosss? They are falling sick so very often lately *_* especially this 2-3 mths, one after another...& going round & round.
praying that nOthing seRious...he'll be alright in a day or 2...beginning of sleepless nights aGain :(

Baby Faith is sick....AGAIN...Please watch over her Lord

ASTHMA ATTACK...my maid, Yanti called me in the afternoon about 1400+ telling me that mei mei was breadthless. I asked her "do you know how to tell breadthlessness? when breathing is fast, chest sunken & lungs (from the back) looks punctured). Do you understand?" "NO mdm, I don't understand" was her reply...speechLess *_*

Before I left for work in the morning, mei mei was still in bed. I heard some girggly sound while she's asleep. Told Yanti to watch over her especially when she takes her nap in the afternoon. Anyway, called my neighbour, Rohana to help take a look at mei mei. By the way, my MIL was at my house all this while but did not know what to do either...Rohana called me from my house, told me about mei mei's condition (she was asleep then)...she's NOT that serious though can hear the girggly phlegmy sound, breathing a bit fast but not in distress. Ok, told her to get Yanti to call me when mei mei wakes up later...

At about 1600hr, Yanti called...mei mei just woke up & i mean really JUST ok coz Yanti forced her to talk on the phone & she's very cranky & i knew she's still in bed...i'm sorry BUT i must say the maid is REALLY STUPID...NO BRAINs...irritates me to have to talk about her. Even we adults, when we are freshly awake, sometimes we just want to lie around & do NOTHING...let alone being forced to do sOmething...Anyway, told her to let her be for the next half an hour or so...i called back @ about 1640hr to get Yanti to administer 2 puffs of Ventolin (Salbuair) for her.

In the evening when I got home from work...she seems ok but with lots of mucus & gradually she started to get breadthless...her ribcage area sunk in & out deep & fast & the lungs (from her back) seemed punctured as she breathes...that's it off to KK a&e...AGAIN...OMG!!!! haizzzzz....what's happening to mei mei?????

Low oxygen level, wheezing...just like last month. Told the doctor she went for her review already & now it's happening again. She's ASTHMATIC that's why the recurrence...OH NOoooo...

Usual Medication:
ORAL
Chlorphenaramine - 1.3ml (Twice a day)
Prednisolone -  5.4ml (Once in the morning [AFTER FOOD] for 4 days)

EXTERNAL
Ventolin (Salbuair)  - 3 puffs (1 puff = 6 breadths) 4 hourly for 3 days & follow by 6 hourly for 1 week
Beclomethasone - 1 puff (1 puff  = 10 breadths) Twice a day; morning & nite - at least 12 hourly
Iliadin 0.025% - 1 drop (Each nostril for 5 days)
Betamethasone - 1 drop (Each nostril {after Iliadin 0.025%} for 3 weeks)

Stick to 02nd review on 30th Dec 2010 Thursday...

Placed order for the rest of Isaac's books online from POPULAR on 29th Nov 2010 Mon...their response was fast though it states that 5-7 working days waiting time. The next morning, I received an email to collect the textbooks today after 1900hr...wooo, that's fast right :)

Faith's 02nd Birthday Celebration - 27th Nov 2010 Saturday

Celebrating Baby Faith's 02nd Birthday to day...it's an earlier celebration coz her actual day is a weekday (01st Dec 2010 Wednesday). It should be a happy occassion but the thought of how my dad responded to it was a total disappointment...i've never seen such an unreasonable & petty person. He better pray for good health otherwise he'll be lonely in his old age...whatever, talking about him just spoils my mood. He should be the one feeling sore & not us...

Early this morning at about 0440hr, darling came home...i'm very delighted to see him, missing him sOoooo much. The kidzz are sO happy to see daddy, isaiah was the first to be awake as he heard daddy talking to me...he was like ay.."surprised"...& smiling the whole morning :) Mei mei woke up next & followed by gor gor Isaac...in fact mei mei saw daddy first when she woke up for her milk at arnd 0620hr but guess she was still tired & blur sOooo went back to sleep after her feed ^_^

All crowd around daddy in the room when I left for work in the morning...such a heartwarming sight :) there must be lots to talk about especially with the boys ^_*

Darling Daddy's FinaLLy cOming Home...

Yeh...darling is coming home. Flight NZ 1955 will arrive in Singapore at 0300, 24th Nov 2010...
We miss you sO much daddy. May the Lord watches your journey & bring you home safely.

She's asking for food food food...what's arong with mei mei, she's like eating non-stop.

OMG!!! what should I do? Please tell me how can I deviate her attention from FOOD?? How can I distract her?? Since she recovered, she's asking to eat & eat & eat...You know she's fully well when she can EAT...

The Salvation Army ChildCare Centre Graduation & Year End Concert 20th November 2010

It's the time of the year again but this year is a little different...Isaac is graduating ^_^ Yezzz, he'll be in P1 in year 2011 & Isaiah is participating in this years' concert. Daddy isn't around to attend the ceremony as he's away in Rockhampton, Australia for his reservist but Faith is at the concert with me. It is so heartwarming to see the kids performed. When I see Isaac walking upstage receiving his certificate, I feel so proud, near to tears...it is happiness beyond description & I really hope there'll be another convocation of his in perhaps 2 decades down the road, seeing him in his graduation gown, receiving his certificate then again :)
